At Run This Way OK, we believe that track, field and running teaches discipline, self-awareness, grows character and community. Our goal is to grow our athletes physically and mentally to be competitive.
We want our athletes to be confident in their skills, train hard to meet their goals, and encourage their community of athletes.
Each week athletes complete rigorous workouts to meet mileage and pace goals.
We are a member club of the USATF Oklahoma Association.
We compete at competitive meets across Oklahoma and the nation!
Since 2022, we have had 13 athletes represent Run This Way OK on a
National level!
Our Moto: BE A CHAMPION!
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.”
